It is my experience that people’s ability to improve is related most strongly to their ability to cope with change, to see solutions and to find ways to deal with new situations and issues.

In my consultancy work I, therefore, focus on stakeholders’ motivating needs (“drives”), talents and ambitions to relate and synchronise them with project goals and education policies:

1. • I facilitate and create space to augment stakeholders’ motivation and to build self-confidence
   

2. • I assist stakeholders in doing things differently instead of merely doing things more efficiently and effectively
   

3. • I have confidence that stakeholders prefer to do something right rather than wrong
